Waverly teen arrested for allegedly intending to sell THC, alcohol to 11-year-old girl

A Waverly teenager has been arrested after he allegedly intended to sell THC products and alcohol to an 11-year-old girl.

According to court documents, 19-year-old Tyler J. Orso was charged with five felony counts of criminal use of a communication facility, felony manufacture, deliver or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and misdemeanor corruption of minors.

He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of violation of the controlled substances act and purchasing alcohol for a minor.

According to Sayre Police, the communications between the suspect and victim occurred between Christmas day and Friday, Feb. 20.

The investigation was a joint effort between Sayre Police and the Bradford County Drug Task Force.

Orso was charged Friday night and posted $100,000 bail on Saturday morning.
