A 39-year-old man is facing charges after he allegedly threatened to shoot and kill the owner of an Athens Township business.
According to Athens Township Police, Ayoub T. Alharbi has been charged with one count of terroristic threats and one count of harassment.
An Athens Township Police Officer was at the police station with the business owner when the suspect called the victim’s phone. The officer took the phone and identified himself as a police officer.
Alharbi allegedly replied that he was going to shoot and kill the victim.
The suspect is scheduled to appear in district court on April 7.
