A 25-year-old man is behind bars after he allegedly hit a four-year-old boy in the face.
According to court documents, Pedro Hernandez Perez was charged by Sayre Police with one count of simple assault and one count of harassment.
The assault allegedly occurred after the child had urinated in his pants.
Bradford County Child and Youth Services forwarded the incident to police.
Perez was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $75,000 bail.
