ELMIRA, N.Y. — The community is invited to a family-friendly event at Elmira College later this month as students host their annual Dance Marathon fundraiser.

The event supports the Children’s Miracle Network at Arnot Ogden Medical Center and will feature activities throughout the day, including a bounce house, relay games, and prize opportunities.

Organizers say the event also includes special “Miracle Hours,” where local families share their experiences and highlight the impact of the fundraiser.

The student-run event has raised about $75,000 since it began in 2015, with nearly $11,000 collected last year. This year’s goal is $10,000, with all proceeds going to support local families.

The Dance Marathon will take place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on March 28 at St. Anthony’s Gym on the Elmira College campus.

Tickets are $10 per person or $15 per family of up to five people.
