WARREN TWP., Pa. — An Apalachin man has been arrested on numerous felony charges following an investigation into alleged sexual abuse of a child in Bradford County.
Pennsylvania State Police say 31-year-old Joshua A. Quiles is facing dozens of charges, including multiple counts of rape, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent assault, and stalking.
According to investigators, the case began in September 2025 when a victim reported repeated sexual contact that started when she was around 12 or 13 years old. Authorities say the incidents began in late 2018 or early 2019 and continued for several years.
Police allege the abuse escalated over time and occurred frequently. Investigators also say Quiles continued contacting the victim in 2024 through repeated calls, texts, and voicemails, even after being blocked, and used multiple phone numbers to maintain contact.
Authorities further allege that Quiles used tracking devices connected to him, which were later recovered and analyzed as part of the investigation.
The case remains under investigation.
