The New York State Department of Transportation unveiled its new facility in Vestal on Wednesday.
The facility is located on State Route 26 and will serve as both a maintenance and equipment hub for the department.
The new location will allow the New York State Department of Transportation to respond quickly to severe weather and enhance road safety in the Southern Tier.
