A Steuben County man is facing felony charges following a domestic violence incident last week.
According to the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, 42-year-old Wayland resident Zachary J. Folts has been charged with felony counts of burglary in the second degree, robbery in the third degree and aggravated family offense. He is also facing a misdemeanor count of criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
The sheriff’s office said Folts allegedly unlawfully broke into a residence, stole and damaged property and committed multiple family offenses.
Folts was remanded to the Steuben County Jail without bail.
