A 44-year-old Sayre man is behind bars after he allegedly kicked a doctor at the Robert Packer Hospital.
According to police, Charles E. Hubschmitt has been charged with aggravated assault, harassment and disorderly conduct following the incident on Tuesday.
The suspect is accused of threatening EMS personnel and officers at the Endless Mountains Rehab Center.
Police said Hubschmitt pushed his way through several individuals in an attempt to make physical contact with officers.
After he was transported to the hospital, he allegedly continued to threaten nurses, doctors and officers.
Hubschmitt allegedly kicked a doctor in the head as they were trying to restrain him to the bed.
He was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $75,000 bail.
