A Pennsylvania man is facing charges after a traffic stop in Elmira.
According to the New York State Police, 27-year-old Marc Alan Bundy of Millmont, which is in Union County, has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, which is a Class C felony.
He has also been charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate and no seatbelt.
Bundy was arrested following a traffic stop on Monday in the Town of Elmira.
Police found a loaded handgun during the stop.
Bundy was arrested and remanded to the Chemung County Jail.
