The Elmira Police Department and New York State Office of Cannabis Management raided two unlicensed marijuana shops last week.
Law enforcement executed search warrants on Tat Vibes on West Water Street and Sticky Fingers on Broadway in downtown Elmira.
According to police, a large amount of illegal marijuana, edibles, mushrooms, two shotguns and cash were seized during the raid.
Criminal charges are pending.
