The 33rd annual Watkins Glen Waterfront Festival and Cardboard Boat Regatta will return this weekend.
The event will be held from 11 am to 7 pm on Saturday at Seneca Harbor Park.
There will be craft and food vendors, live music and of course the cardboard boat races.
Race rules do not allow wood, nails, screws, plastic, fiberglass, Styrofoam or other flotation materials.
