An Owego man is facing charges after he allegedly robbed the same store on three separate occasions.
According to Owego Police, 46-year-old Shawn R. Fosdal has been charged with burglary and criminal possession of a weapon.
Fosdal allegedly entered the Owego EZ Mart on Main Street on Saturday, June 13th and threatened the clerk with a knife.
Owego Police, the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police used a drone team and a K-9 deputy to locate the suspect.
The day before, Fosdal was arrested for petit larceny at the same store. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
According to police, Fosdal was also responsible for another burglary at the same store on June 4. During that incident, he allegedly broke the door of the business. He was charged with another count of burglary and criminal mischief.
Fosdal was remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $200,000 bail.
