The 19th annual Elmira Street Painting Festival is set for next month.
The event will be held from 4 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday, July 10th and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 11th.
There will be chalk art, live music, food trucks, vendors and more.
