A Delaware County man pleaded guilty to several felony charges in connection with a car crash that injured his 5-year-old child.
36-year-old James J. Campbell III of Margaretville pleaded guilty to felony counts of vehicular assault in the first degree and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.
The charges stemmed from a one-car crash on Bragg Hollow Road in Margaretville on April 2nd.
Campbell and two young children were transported to a local hospital following the accident.
Campbell refused to provide a breath or blood sample, but police obtained a court-authorized blood draw which showed his blood alcohol content above .26 percent.
Campbell will be sentenced on Sept. 8.
