The man who was arrested earlier this month for allegedly raping a 90-year-old Corning woman is now facing a murder charge.
Corning Police arrested 29-year-old Jonathan Rivaldo on July 13th and charged him with first degree rape, first degree burglary, tampering with physical evidence and intimidating a victim.
The victim passed away a week after the alleged assault.
