An 18-year-old Owego woman is behind bars after she allegedly assaulted a nurse and kicked a police officer at the Robert Packer Hospital.
According to Sayre Police, Isabella Fineout has been charged with two counts each of aggravated assault and simple assault, and one count each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Police responded to the hospital at around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8 for a report of a patient who attacked a nurse.
Fineout is accused of kicking a nurse in the back and also kicking a Sayre Police Officer in the face.
Fineout was arraigned and placed on $25,000 supervised bail.
