Pennsylvania health officials are expanding the state’s measles response after reporting the first two measles-associated deaths in 35 years. Both people were unvaccinated Lancaster County residents. Since April, 393 cases have been confirmed across 28 counties. The state has held 91 pop-up vaccine clinics and scheduled 40 more. Anyone who suspects exposure should contact a healthcare provider before visiting a clinic.
