Troy man charged after allegedly selling fentanyl to confidential informant

A 27-year-old Troy man is behind bars after he allegedly sold fentanyl to a confidential informant.

Damien Thomas Ramirez, Jr. has been charged by the Bradford County Drug Task Force and Pennsylvania State Police with two counts each of delivering a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication device, both felonies.

He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ramirez allegedly sold fentanyl to a confidential informant in April of 2025.

He was arraigned on Monday and remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $100,000 bail.
