Chemung County Sheriff Chris Moss will run for the office of County Executive.Moss made the announcement last night at the Holiday Inn Riverview, in Elmira.Moss joins current Deputy Executive Mike Krusen in the race. Krusen has held his position for 17 years.Current County Executive Tom Santulli, is retiring this year after 18 years of service.
