A 37-year-old Elmira man has been arrested for a drug possession charge from 2022.
According to court documents, Jesse R. Turner was charged by Athens Township Police with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and intentional possession of a controlled substance.
The charges stem from an incident in March of 2022.
Police said they found a bag with 27 grams of meth, 4.78 grams of marijuana and 7.9 grams of crack cocaine following a traffic stop.
Turner was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $75,000 bail.
