Volunteers are wanted to help with the annual Elmira Downtown Cleanup next month.
Every year, the Elmira Downtown Development group joins the Elmira Kiwanis Club, city officials, residents and business owners to kick off the spring season with a downtown cleanup event.
Volunteers will meet at Wisner Park from 10 am to noon on Saturday, May 2nd.
Gloves, rakes, brooms and garbage bags will be provided.
A pizza party and t-shirt giveaway will be held following the cleanup.
