Dozens of people took to the streets of Binghamton last night to remember and honor the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. A walk organized by the Broome County Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission began at the Dr. King statue near the Court Street Bridge and ended at Salvation Temple Church on Main Street. State Senator Fred Akshar, County Executive Jason Garnar, and Binghamton Mayor Rich David all took part in the ceremony.
