The Binghamton Senators have scheduled a press conference for tTuesday, where it is expected they will announce that the New Jersey Devils will move their AHL affiliate here starting next season. AHL Commissioner Dave Andrews deferred to answer any questions about a possible relocation this morning, saying that announcement should be done by the teams involved. The Albany Times Union and other media outlets have reported that it is a done deal for the Devils to replace the outgoing Senators. If true, they would become the seventh pro hockey team to play in Binghamton. Tomorrow’s press conference is scheduled for 1pm.
