A man is scheduled to stand trial this week for a Binghamton murder that took place in 2012. 22-year-old Isaiah Criss is accused of shooting and killing 26-year-old Jeremiah Reynolds near the Rock B. Tavern on Conklin Avenue in September of 2012. Criss was indicted in January of last year on felony counts of second-degree murder, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Criss was initially taken into custody for the alleged murder on an unrelated parole warrant. He faces as many as 25 years to life in prison if convicted of the second-degree murder charge.
