Two Broome County residents are facing multiple charges after state police executed a warrant along the 2600 block of East Main Street in the town of Union. Taken into custody were 21-year-old Zachary Marshburn of Johnson City and 34-year-old Amber Bradbury of Endicott. Troopers charged them each with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of having a controlled substance outside its original container, criminal use of drug paraphernalia involving scales, pot possession and endangering the welfare of a child.
