A dispute in the Town of Triangle landed a Whitney Point man with criminal charges. 36-year-old Donald Moshier is facing a charge of criminal obstruction of breathing after State Police say he choked the victim during an argument on State Route 206. Moshier was arraigned in court and released, and is set to return to court next Thursday. The judge also issued an order of protection against Moshier to protect the victim.
