A Broome County man was arrested Friday and charged with threatening to kill a county judge. 54-year-old Ned Woodruff of Windsor allegedly threatened to kill Broome County Judge Joseph Cawley unless the judge ruled in his favor in a pending harassment case, according to the Broome County District Attorney’s Office. Woodruff was arraigned on a felony charge of making a terroristic threat and was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
