A missing Tioga County man has been found dead.
According to the New York State Police, 47-year-old Town of Tioga resident Lance O. Bogard was found dead on Thursday in a creek near his home.
Bogard was last seen on Sunday and state troopers performed an extensive search of the area near Halsey Valley Road.
According to police, there is no indication of criminal activity. The investigation into the death is ongoing.
