The Owego Police Department has made another arrest in connection to an accidental narcotics related death. Authorities have charged a 16-year-old male from Candor with a felony count of aiding and abetting after he criminally injected a narcotic drug. The individual who was injected died last summer at a home on East Temple Street in Owego. The Owego Police Department arrested 21-year-old Joseph Allen of Candor earlier this month in connection to the same incident. The 16-year-old male was arraigned and has been sent to the Tioga County jail on $50,000 bail or $100,000 bond.
