The Tioga County Rural Ministry will host their fifth-annual Spring Clean-up Day this Saturday for seniors in Owego and Apalachin. High school and college students will travel to seniors’ homes between 10am and 4pm, rain or shine, to assist seniors with basic chores including window washing, interior cleaning, and yard work.
