A Spencer man is facing several charges following a domestic incident last Thursday at his home. 45-year-old Dale Perry is accused of destroying another person’s property during an argument, and he is also said to have shoved a woman while in the presence of a child. Perry is now facing misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, along with endangering the welfare of a child. He’s also been charged with two counts of second-degree harassment, a violation. He was sent to the Tioga County jail on $1,000 bail and is due back in court next week.
