The Tioga United Way presented WEBO morning show host Matt Lewis with a Community Pillar banner during his show on Wednesday.
This is the first ever Community Pillar banner, which will be hung near the WEBO studio on North Ave. in Owego.
Matt’s banner will join the 135 banners honoring veterans and first responders as part of Tioga United Way’s Hometown Hero Banner Program.
