A man was arrested after he allegedly broke into a Waverly home and attacked someone.
According to the Morning Times, Waverly Police charged Dale Wead with criminal mischief, criminal trespass, criminal obstruction of breathing and burglary.
Wead is accused of pushing his way into a home on Clark Street and attacking a man he believed was involved with his girlfriend.
According to police, Wead allegedly wrapped his arms around the victim’s neck and squeezed.
The victim showed signs of injury following the incident.
