A 27-year-old Waverly man is facing charges for allegedly stealing nearly $6,000 worth of tools from a local business.
According to Sayre Police, Brandon A. Sidonio has been charged with felony counts of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. He’s also been charged with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
Sidonio is accused of stealing $5,800 worth of tools and fittings from an enclosed tool trailer at John H. Murray and Sons in South Waverly in late October.
The suspect was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $75,000 bail.
