A 25-year-old Waverly man is facing charges following a four-car crash in September of last year.
According to Athens Township Police, Noah Tappan-Bright was charged with two felony counts of causing a crash that resulted in injuries, one count of accident causing property damage, three counts each of failure to stop and render aid and reckless driving and other related charges.
The accident occurred at around 3 pm on Sept. 5, 2025 at the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. and West Lockhart Street.
Police said Tappan-Bright failed to stop before attempting to turn onto Pennsylvania Avenue.
Charges were filed on Sept. 30, 2025, but the suspect was not taken into custody until this week.
Tappan-Bright was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $250,000 bail.
