The Binghamton City School District 2011-2012 proposed budget has passed 804 to 412. The proposition to sell a portion of 14 Robinson St. also passed. Two candidates were up for two seats on the board. Valerie Hampton received 967 votes, Sandra Garufi received 991 votes.
