The Flood Warning continues for the Susquehanna River at Waverly/Sayre. From Wednesday afternoon to Thursday Evening… or until the warning is canceled.
At 11:00 am Tuesday the stage was 7.7 feet. Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
Minor flooding is forecast.
Forecast… rise above flood stage by tomorrow early afternoon and continue to rise to near 11.8 feet by tomorrow evening.
The river will fall below flood stage by Thursday morning.
