On Thursday, May 19th, New York State Police in Ithaca received a complaint of criminal mischief and larceny from a vehicle which occurred between 7:00pm on Wednesday and 6:45am on Thursday.
The incident took place in the Long View Retirement Community parking lot located on Danby Road in the Town of Ithaca, Tompkins County, NY.
Someone smashed the passenger side window of the vehicle and stole her purse, which contained her driver’s license and other personal effects.
