The Village of Owego Municipal Swimming Pool will be opening today at noon. From noon through 7 PM is open swimming for all, with adults-only swimming taking place from 7 to 8. The pool will be open every day and admission is free. All swimmers must wear swimming suits, short and shirts are not considered acceptable swimming attire.
