Two residents in Westover are facing drug charges after police executed a search warrant this morning. 37-year-old Raheem Gibson and 35-year-old Ann Vargas had state police search their home on Frederick Street, where they found cocaine, marijuana, and a scale. Both were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminally using drug paraphernalia. They were issued appearance tickets for the Town of Union Court.
