A pedestrian that was hit by a tow truck in Binghamton on Monday, has died. The crash happened at the intersection of Front Street and Winding Way around 8:40 on Monday morning. The victim was taken to Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City where she later died. There’s no word on what caused the crash. Binghamton Police are still investigating and have not released the victim’s name.
