Funeral arrangements have been made for former three-term Owego Mayor Ed Arrington, whose passed away unexpectedly at his home Wednesday afternoon. Calling hours will be held Sunday afternoon from 1-to-4 at Estey, Munroe and Fahey Funeral Home on Park Street in Owego. Funeral Services will be held Monday at 1:30 at the First Church of the Nazarene on Route 17C, just West of Owego. Burial will follow the funeral service at the Tioga Cemetery. Ed leaves behind his wife of 48 years Dorothy, four children, three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
