A Port Crane woman is facing drug charges after an investigation into a domestic dispute. Police were called to a dispute in the Weis supermarket parking lot on Upper Front Street in Binghamton on Saturday night. 21-year-old Crystal Tottey is now being charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. When police arrived on the scene, they found Tottey and her boyfriend in a vehicle in the parking lot, along with two young children. Police suspected Tottey to be under the influence of drugs based on her behavior. Officers then found drugs in the car, which Tottey admitted to having used at home in the presence of her children. She was is set to appear in Chenango Town Court at a later date.
