With Rich David winning the Republican primary, the head-to-head battle for the next Binghamton mayor is set. David will face off against Democrat Teri Rennia on November 5th. Rennia has been a member of City Council for the past seven years, and the council’s president for the past two. David was the deputy mayor under Mayor Richard Bucci. Both candidates said they plan on canvassing through the city to garner votes before the November election.
