With Rich David winning the Republican primary, the head-to-head battle for the next Binghamton mayor is set. David will face off against Democrat Teri Rennia on November 5th. Rennia has been a member of City Council for the past seven years, and the council’s president for the past two. David was the deputy mayor under Mayor Richard Bucci.
