Nighttime work will close parts of Route 17 beginning tonight. From 7 PM tonight to 6 AM Wednesday, Route 17 eastbound between the split with Interstate 81 and Exit 4 in the Prospect Mountain area will be closed. A signed detour will guide traffic, as crews work on paving, striping, and placing concrete barriers to prepare for a traffic pattern change along the road.
