The Greenman Center in Binghamton remains on the market. The center originally closed in 2011 after damage to the building proved too costly to keep it open. Gemini Construction LLC had won a bid to buy the building back in August, but the city has since passed on the offer citing a lack of follow-up on Gemini’s behalf. Now that the building is back on the market, new bids will be accepted as Binghamton looks to finally sell the property.
