Binghamton mayoral candidate Rich David is currently outspending his Democratic Party counterpart in the city’s race for mayor. Totals through the end of last month had David at about $39,000 in campaign spending, roughly $12,000 more than Terri Rennia has spent through that time. The race will be decided in next month’s election.
