A burglary investigation led to the discovery of a meth lab in Binghamton, which results in two defendants pleading guilty in county court. 21-year-old Harlee Skinner and 23-year-old Joshua Kramer were charged back in March as part of a burglary at a Town of Nanticoke home, and while police were investigating the burglary, found heroin and materials to produce meth at their home. Both have now pleaded guilty in court, with Kramer serving jail time and five years of probation, and Skinner awaiting sentencing on October 31st.
