The closed Greenman Center in Binghamton has three new bidders. From October into November, the property on Pine STreet was open for bidding by the city for a two week period, with bids coming from Red Barn Tech at $140,000, Angela Testani at $138,500, and Keith Bouvier at $152,000. The bids cannot be changed now that the numbers have been made public, and members of City Council will decide in the next two weeks who will get the building, based on both money and how the building will be used for each bidder.
