A Binghamton man is facing felony charges after a dispute with his girlfriend. Johnson City Police arrested 36-year-old Kevin Andrews after he violated an order of protection out of Johnson City Village Court. He was arraigned on charges of first-degree criminal contempt and harassment, and was sent to the Broome County Jail.
